Meeting Overview
This Thematic meeting follows on from previous work by the ePSIplus Network. During the first two Thematic Meetings focused on the theme of ‘Financial Impact: Pricing - Impact Analysis in the Context of the PSI Directive’, recommendations were made to host an ePSIplus meeting focused on the role of competition authorities. This meeting sets out to do this.

Berlin Inivitation Letter
The ePSIplus Thematic Network invites experts from the European Union Competition Authorities, competition policy makers and Regulators of Public Sector Information re-use to attend the Berlin meeting that will consider the role of Competition Authorities with respect to Directive 2003/98/EC.
