APPSI publishes draft submission to the EC on the review of Directive 2003/98/EC

The UK Advisory Panel on Public Sector Information ( APPSI) has announced that APPSI intends to send a submission to the European Commission in connection with the Commission’s review of the application of Directive 2003/98/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 17 November 2003 on the re-use of public sector information. The draft submission has been published to encourage discussion and to invite feedback.
