Twelfth meeting of PSI Group – minutes published
Luxembourg: 31 August 2009
The European Commission has published the minutes of the twelfth meeting of the Public Sector Information Group that met in Luxembourg on the 12 June 2009. The PSI Group meeting was the first meeting to be held since the European Commission published the Communication on the implementation of the Directive 2003/98/EC. The minutes contain summaries of the reports from the:
- Member States France, Spain, The Netherlands and Sweden.
- The PSI Alliance.
The meeting then went on to consider and address challenging issues, which included:
- Exclusive arrangement
- Economic assessment
- Re-dress
- Fair trade and the public task
The meeting concluded with an update on the implementation of the INSPIRE Directive.
